Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop --> Just write "Adobe Photoshop (Expert)"
The resume summary is a place to highlight information that doesn’t have a place elsewhere, not to repeat information the recruiter already has access to.
You need to explain why you are a good fit for the role, even if their experience is in a completely different field. Direct a recruiter’s attention to a specific role you’re interested in, highlight specific skills and achievements that aligns with the job description.
Experience Guidelines
Communicate your work experience in bullet points instead of paragraph (2 to 6 max bullet points).
1-2 lines long bullet points.
Start your bullet point with a strong Action Verb like Enabled, Achieved, etc.
Quantify your impact using numbers and metrics.
Recruiter wants to know how big your role is ?
Recruiter wants to know how good you were in your role ?
Recruiter wants to know how you contribute to the company ?
Think about how my department’s success is measured?
Think about what KPIs your manager rate you for appraisal?
Think about how you judge your juniors' work ?
For example, most recruiters who see "expanded client base" on a resume automatically ask, "By how much?"
BEFORE: Conducted training for internal teams. AFTER: Conducted over 20 trainings in smart learning techniques with high school students and teachers, reaching over 500 people.
Adding numbers to your resume bullets. It helps recruiters really picture the impact you’ve made in your position, and it frankly just sounds more impressive.
Add accomplishments/achievements along with your roles and responsibilities.
For Student CV/ Classic CV/ Premium CV Template the best practice is to add a custom section as a section name “ADDITIONAL DETAILS” and add weblinks as shown below. And in case using Smart CV Template, if you have only one weblink...please follow the above approach.
