• 10. How do you handle stains on carpets or upholstery?

• 14. What do you do when you don’t know how to use a new piece of equipment?

I usually ask a colleague or supervisor to show me the right way or look for instructions before trying it myself. It’s better than guessing and possibly causing damage or injury.

• 15. Can you explain how you stay motivated when doing repetitive cleaning tasks?
